民間アパートの連帯保証制度

民間アパート賃貸借契約における連帯保証制度の終了について（お知らせ）

大阪市立大学、大阪府立大学及び大阪公立大学では、2023年3月31日をもって、
公益財団法人日本国際教育支援協会が実施する留学生住宅総合補償に基づく連帯保証制度（機関保証）を終了します。

なお、2023年3月31日までに入居を開始して、大阪市立大学、大阪府立大学及び大阪公立大学が連帯保証人になっているアパートについては、契約内容に変更がない限り、更新も含めて転居・卒業まで大学が連帯保証を継続致します。

留学生宿舎
International Student Dormitories

留学生向けの宿舎には、大阪公立大学が運営するものと、外部の留学生支援財団等が運営するものがあります。入居希望者が入居定員を上回った場合、審査を行うことがあります。
現在、留学生が入居している宿舎は次のとおりです。

Dormitories for international students includes some housing managed by Osaka Metropolitan University and some managed by other organizations, including international student support foundations. If there are more applicants than rooms available, a screening procedure may be used.Currently, international students are resident in the following dormitories.

大阪公立大学が運営する留学生宿舎　
International student Dormitories managed by Osaka Metropolitan University

前・後期開始の約2か月前から募集します。原則として入居資格は留学生（在留資格が「留学」のもの）のみ、入居期間は1年間です。（延長を許可された者は半年のみの延長となります。)

Applications will be accepted approximately two months prior to the start of the first or second semester.
In principle, only international students (status of residence "Student")are eligible to live in this dormitories, and the residence period of stay is one year. If an extension is granted, it is possible to extend the period of stay for 6 months only.

【　2023年度入寮者向け寮一覧/　List of dormitories for students entering in 2023　】

2023年4月より国際交流宿舎とI-wingに入寮する場合、借家人賠償保険に加入することを推奨しています。
こちらの保険については、大学生協でも加入可能です。
We recommend that all students who will be living in the International Residence(Uenoshiba) and I-wing from April 2023 be covered by renter's liability insurance.
This insurance is also available at OMU Co-op.

留学生支援財団（外部団体）等が運営する宿舎

大学を通じて以下の外国人留学生宿舎を斡旋しています。

1. 大阪府堺留学生会館オリオン寮 / 大阪府国際交流財団(OFIX)
   住所：堺市北区東上野芝2-226
   入居期間：2年間（延長申請可）
   家賃月額：33,000円(水道、ガス、Wi-Fi使用料込)
   ・ 月の途中において入居又は退去する場合でも、日割り計算はしません。
   
   宿舎の募集時期（１月下旬・８月上旬）に、詳細をOMU UNIPAなどでお知らせします。募集時期以外でも、空室があれば入居が可能ですのでお問い合わせ下さい。
2. 上野芝学生寮（女子寮）/ 公益財団法人小野奨学会
   住所：堺市西区上野芝向ヶ丘町6-2-3
   入居期間：最短修業年限
   家賃月額：5,500円
   入居資格：単身の女子留学生
   ※門限(23時)があります
