We are pleased to announce that our paper has been published in ACS Applied Electronic Materials. In this work, we report that depositing an organic molecular film on two-dimensional semiconductor transistors leads to a pronounced shift in operating voltage caused by moisture in the atmosphere. This finding opens up possibilities for low-power and highly sensitive humidity sensors.
