We are working with the Osaka City Housing Corporation to renovate vacant housing units. This fiscal year, we targeted A-type housing units in KOSHA HEIGHTS AIOI. Based on market research and analysis of real estate data, we proposed a floor plan that is expected to eliminate vacant housing and increase rents. After evaluation by the public corporation, we carried out implementation design and renovation work. In the future, we plan to hold private viewings and recruit tenants.
