BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Atsuko Kosuga received her B.E. (2000), M.E. (2002) and Ph.D. degrees (2006) in Engineering from Osaka University, Japan under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Shinsuke Yamanaka. Her working experience includes researcher at Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd, Japan (2002-2003), COE assistant professor at Prof. Dr. Shinsuke Yamanaka Lab. in Osaka University, Japan (2003-2006), technical staff & JSPS research fellow at Dr. Ryoji Funahashi Lab. in National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan (2006-2010), and special lecture (tenure-track lecture) at Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Research Center, Osaka Prefecture University, Japan (2010-2016). She joined Department of Physical Science, Graduate School of Science, Osaka Prefecture University, as an Associate Professor from 2016 and as a Professor from 2024 (From April 2022, the name of Osaka Prefecture University was changed to Osaka Metropolitan University due to university integration). She was also JST-PRESTO researcher (October 2017-September 2021) in the project of "Scientific Innovation for Energy Harvesting Technology", Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), Japan.
