On May 16 (Fri) and 17 (Sat), 2025, the 51st Annual Meeting of the Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems (CHEMINAS51), co-hosted by our university and chaired by Professor Yan Xu, was held at the Academic Exchange Hall on the Nakamozu Campus.

Dr. Qian Peter Su from University of Technology Sydney (Australia) visited our lab and gave an invited lecture titled “Temporal, Spatial and Thermal Dynamics of Intracellular Organelles Revealed by Biophysical Nanotools and Advanced Imaging.”

Prof. Xu, Mr. Shiming Wu (D2), and Mr. Lan Huang (M1) attended the 3rd Conference of the Academic Transformation Area Research (A), held at Institute of Science Tokyo, where they presented their research.

Prof. Eileen Yu from the University of Southampton (UK) visited our lab and gave an invited lecture titled “Development of Electrochemical Biosensor for Measuring Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in Blood.”

Dr. Xu has been promoted to professor.

Daigo Tamaoki, who completed his Master's program in our laboratory in March 2024, has rejoined us as a Ph. D student. Welcome!

Mr. Rikuto Sasaki (B4) has received The Shirasagi Award of Osaka Prefecture University in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and exemplary conduct as a graduating student who serves as a role model for others. Congratulations!
