2026年3月31日（火）、大阪公立大学 中百舌鳥キャンパスのスマートエネルギー棟にて、
第6回絵札研究会「農学から世界へ　Agriculture Toward a Global Future」を開催しました。

当日は、現地参加41名、Zoomでの最大接続人数は21名と、想定を上回る多くの皆様にご参加いただきました。

本研究会では、登壇者の皆様から、自身の専門や現場に根ざした問題意識、そして農学の国際化に向けた具体的な取り組みについてご紹介いただきました。多様な視点に触れることで、新たな気づきや学びの機会となりました。

近年、大規模データの蓄積や解析、サイエンスの自動化が進む一方で、現地に足を運び、信頼関係を築くことで初めて得られる「その土地の文化や生活と結びついた生のデータ」の重要性が改めて示されました。

こうした視点は、今後の農学の発展において一層重要になると考えられます。実学としての農学の可能性は非常に大きく、その未来の明るさを感じさせるイベントとなりました。

On March 31, 2026, the 6th Ehuda Research Meeting, titled “Agriculture Toward a Global Future,” was held at the Smart Energy Building on the Nakamozu Campus of Osaka Metropolitan University.

The event welcomed 41 on-site participants, with a peak of 21 participants joining via Zoom, exceeding our expectations.

During the workshop, each speaker introduced their area of expertise, field-based perspectives on key issues, and concrete initiatives toward the internationalization of agricultural science. Exposure to these diverse perspectives provided valuable opportunities for new insights and learning.

While the accumulation and analysis of large-scale data, as well as the automation of science, have advanced in recent years, the importance of “raw data” — closely linked to local culture and daily life, and obtainable only through on-site engagement and trust-building — was once again highlighted.

These perspectives will become even more important in the future development of agricultural science. The field holds great potential as a practical discipline, and the event offered a strong sense of its bright future.
