"Environmental persistence and disinfection Poxviruses show extraordinary resistance to drying [81], and increased temperature and pH tolerance when compared with other enveloped viruses. These characteristics strongly impact their environmental persistence: materials from infected patients (e.g., dermal crusts) or fomites (e.g., bed linens) remain infective for months to years. Despite these characteristics, poxviruses are sensitive to common disinfectants, although they can be less sensitive to organic disinfectants compared to other enveloped viruses, due to their reduced envelope lipid content"

「結核医療の基準」が一部改正

「令和3（2021）年10月18日付厚生労働省健康局結核感染症課長通知（健感発1018第1号）により、「結核医療の基準」が一部改正されました。主な改正点は、以下のとおりです。
潜在性結核感染症（Latent Tuberculosis Infection；LTBI）に対する化学療法として、INH（イソニアジド）及びRFP（リファンピシン）の2剤併用療法を3から4か月行う方法についての記述が追加されました。
患者の結核菌がINH（イソニアジド）及びRFP（リファンピシン）に対して耐性を有する場合の治療についての記述が追加されました。」
