Press Release Issued on Research Results by Prof. Yutaka Amao’s Group
A research group led by Professor Yutaka Amao has successfully increased the activity level for producing formic acid from carbon dioxide by approximately 126 times. This was achieved by using an artificial coenzyme called "diquat", compared to the results obtained when using natural coenzymes.
