Joint Research Chairs and Divisions
Osaka Metropolitan University Joint Research Chairs and Divisions will operate as follows
- Accept expenses and personnel from companies
- Establish and operate joint research chairs or joint research divisions
The purpose of this program is to "advance and enhance the education and research of the University" and "promote the transfer of research results to society and industry.
Purpose of the Joint Research Chair/Department
Establishment period
As a general rule, the term is between two and five years. However, it can be renewed.
Procedures for installation, etc.
- Submit an application form for joint research courses, etc. to the Director of the Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis.
- The establishment of the Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis shall be submitted to the President after discussion by the Steering Committee of the Artificial Photosynthesis Research Center, and shall be approved by the President after discussion by the Board of Directors.
- The handling of intellectual property, etc. is discussed based on the agreement for the establishment of the joint research course, and an agreement is concluded between the President and a representative of the company.
