The Faculty Activity Award (General Award) is implemented to recognize faculty members with outstanding achievements, reward their efforts, and increase their motivation.

Tomoko Yoshida (Professor and Deputy Director, Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis) was commended in the research category, one of five fields that also include education, educational and research activities of young faculty members, the President's priority matters, and other activities contributing to university management.

At the commendation ceremony, the President presented the certificate of commendation and delivered congratulatory remarks.
