On Thursday, December 21, 2017, the "4th Okamura Award Ceremony and Commemorative Lecture" was held in the Large Conference Room on the 10th floor of the Media Center and Library. From the Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis, Tomoko Yoshida (Professor, OCU Advanced Research Institute for Natural Science and Technology / Vice Director of the Research Center for Artificial Photosynthesis) received the Special Award. We extend our heartiest congratulations to her on this achievement.

*The Okamura Award aims to encourage continuous research activities and foster the next generation of outstanding female researchers by honoring female researchers who have conducted excellent research and educational activities at our university and actively contributed to the promotion of gender equality.
