第44回電子材料シンポジウム (EMS-44)にて、大学院生 4名 発表

2025/10/15-17に奈良県橿原市で開催された第44回電子材料シンポジウム (EMS-44) にて、大学院生4名が発表しました。

  • 辻本 晃基 (M1)： "Analysis of C-V characteristics of nitrogen-doped Ga2O3/n-Ga2O3 junctions grown by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy Ga2O3 by MBE"
  • 八木 虎太郎 (M2)： "Electrical properties of Si-doped Ga2O3 formed by hot implantation"
  • 上原 知起 (M2)： "Structural characterization of nitrogen-doped Ga2O3 thin films grown by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy"
  • 峰山 滉正 (M2)： "Electrical properties of nitrogen-doped Ga2O3 Schottky barrier diodes fabricated using reactive ion etching"
