【1月18日更新】　募集要項、小論文（様式1）を変更しました

　小論文(様式1)について　(※現在は新様式のみ掲載)

　旧様式では(1)-1は、2000文字程度としていました。
　新様式では(1)-1は、1ページに収めることを主眼として、1800文字程度としました。
　1800文字程度で記載してページ数が増えるのであれば、そのまま提出いただいても結構です。
　旧様式を利用されている方は、新様式に転記して提出いただけると有難いですが、どちらの様式でも受付いたします。
　新様式で2000文字程度で記載提出いただいてもかまいません。
　また、多少様式の型を崩して書かせていただいても審査に影響は及びません。
　その他、各設問の文章の構成については、ご本人様にお任せいたします。
　小論文の中身詳細については、個別にお答えいたしかねます。

大阪公立大学博士後期課程・博士課程に2024年4月入学予定者及び2023 年度入学者を対象とした（新）次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラムの支援学生を募集します。 

We are accepting applications for (NEW)Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING) for students who are scheduled to enroll in OMU doctoral course in April 2024 and for OMU doctoral students enrolled in the 2023 academic year.

（新）次世代研究者挑戦的研究事業　学生募集要項　【1月18日更新】

　

＜事業の目的＞

大阪公立大学は、2021 年度より国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）の「大学フェローシップ創設事業」および
「次世代研究者挑戦的研究事業」のもと、博士後期課程・博士課程に対する経済的支援と研究・キャリアパス形成支援等を行って
きました。2024 年度より両事業が一本化され、（新）次世代研究者挑戦的研究事業として博士学生支援事業が行われることとなりました。本学では、これまでの二事業の成果を踏まえ、より充実した支援を継続して行う予定にしています。

なお、現時点で本学における（新）次世代研究者挑戦的研究事業の採用人数、支援内容が確定していないため、正式に確定した段階で内容が変更される可能性があります。

＜出願資格＞  

• 2024年4月入学予定者として、大阪公立大学大学院博士後期課程（3年制）もしくは博士課程（4年制）の研究科に出願中または出願予定である者。
• 大阪公立大学大学院博士後期課程（3年制）もしくは博士課程（4年制）の研究科に 2023 年度に入学して在籍している者。

＜募集人員＞  

• 2024年4月入学予定者：45名程度
• 2023 年度入学者 ：7 名程度

＜支援内容＞

• 奨励費（生活費相当額）：年間200万円(予定）
• 研究支援・キャリア形成支援：未定

　　　　　＊研究費および留学、インターンシップ、学会発表、論文投稿などの費用の支援を予定。

• 支援期間　2024年4月1日～標準修了年限まで

　　　　　＊支援期間中に休学する場合は、その事由により支援打ち切りの可能性があります。

　　　　　　また、本選考に合格した者であっても支援対象外となる場合があります（詳しくは募集要項にて、ご確認願います）。

＜選考日程＞ 

■出願期間 ：   2024年1月19日（金）～2月2日（金） 12 時　（申請フォーム入力期限）  

　　　　　　  2024年1月19日（金）～2月2日（金） 15 時　（小論文・写真提出期限） 

 

■面接試験：　2024年2月15日（木）～3月1日（金）のいずれか 1 日 （オンライン：最長25分間）

 

■合格発表：　2024年3月中を予定

 

■選考方法：　小論文（100点）ならびに面接（100点）の採点結果に基づき評価します。 

※ 採点はルーブリック評価表の項目内容に沿って、実施されます。

〈Purpose of the Program〉 

Since FY2021, Osaka Metropolitan University has provided financial aid for doctoral students and support for developing their research and career paths under the University Fellowship Founding Project for Innovation Creation in Science and Technology  and the Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING) by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

From FY2024, the programs merge into a single program named “(new) Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING)”. Based on the experiences and outcomes obtained through the two programs, the doctoral student support program will continue to be offered with more substantial support.

Since the number of students to be selected and support details for the (new) Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING) have not been finalized, the contents described in the appliation guidelines may be subject to change.

〈Application Eligibility 〉

・Applicants must be currently applying or planning to apply to the 3-years or 4 years doctoral course of the Graduate School of Osaka Metropolitan University as a candidate for enrollment in April, 2024.

・Applicants must have been admitted in a 3-yeasr or 4-years doctoral course at the graduate school of Osaka Metropolitan University in the 2023 academic year and be enrolled.

〈Number of Students to be Accepted〉

・Students enrolled in April 2024: Approx .45

・Students enrolled in the 2023 academic year :Approx .7

〈Details of Support〉

・Incentive (support for living expenses): 2,000,000 yen per year (tentative)

・Research support and career development support: TBD
※Our current plan is to cover support for expenses for research activities, study abroad, internships, conference presentations, and submission of papers.

 

.〈Support period〉

From April 1, 2024 to the end of the standard study term

※If you take a leave of absence during the support period, the support may be terminated depending on the reason.
Even if a candidate has passed the selection process, his/her employment may be cancelled if he/she meets the conditions that make him/her ineligible for support at the start of the program (please refer to the application guidelines for details).

Forms submission: January 19 (Fri.) - February 2 (Fri.), 2024, 12:00 JST
Submission of essay and face photo: January 19 (Fri.) - February 2 (Fri.), 2024, 12:00 15:00JST

Interview（online:Max 25min.): One day between February 15（Thursday） and March 1（Friday) 2024
Announcement of Acceptance:  scheduled in March, 2024.

Essay (100 points) and Interview (100 points)  

Evaluation (scoring) will be performed in accordance with the results of the essay and interview. Scoring will be based on the Rubric Evaluation Table.
