A new paper has been published! (A detailed investigation of the relationship between the chemical structure of polysaccharide adjuvants and immune responses)
A paper by Shu, a former student I supervised, has been released. Congratulations!
We demonstrated that by modifying the chemical structure of polysaccharide derivatives with adjuvant activity and conjugating them to proteins, it is possible to induce a strong anti-cancer immune response.
By changing the protein used for conjugation, this approach is expected to lead to therapeutic systems that can induce cancer-specific immune responses.
