学生証交付（４月７日・８日）

新入生（1年生）の皆様の学生証は「2026年度春入学生_学生証交付および健康診断（学部）」に記載の通り、
編入学生の皆様の学生証は「2026年度春入学生_学生証交付および健康診断（学部編入）」に記載の通り交付されます。
必ず入学前に確認し、交付スケジュール等確認してください。

学生証は、本学に在籍している間のみなさんの公式な身分証明書です。学内外を問わず常に携帯し、求められた時は提示できるようにしましょう。
また、学生証にはＩＣチップが内蔵されています。授業のない日にキャンパス内の建物に入館する時や図書館の入退館、図書の貸し出し、試験時の本人確認、証明書自動発行機などに使用されます。


◆デジタル学生証について
大学アプリ「OMU+（オーエムユープラス）」では、「デジタル学生証」を表示することができます。
「デジタル学生証」は、学生証（ICカード型）と同様、本学に在籍していることを本学が公式に証明する身分証となりますが、建物や図書館の入退館、図書の貸し出し、試験時の本人確認、証明書自動発行機には使用することができません。
また、学外にて学生証を求められた場合、「デジタル学生証」が許容されるかは相手側の判断に委ねられます。
「デジタル学生証」に加えて学生証（ICカード型）の呈示を求められる場合もありますので、学生証（ICカード型）も学内外を問わず常に携帯するようにしましょう。

※「デジタル学生証」に顔写真が表示されるのは、４月２日（予定）以降になります。

Student ID

Student identification cards for new students (1st year students) will be issued as described in "2026年度春入学生_学生証交付および健康診断（学部）," and for transfer students will be issued as described in "2026年度春入学生_学生証交付および健康診断（学部編入）."
Please make sure to check the issuance schedule before enrolling.

Your student ID is your official identification card for during at this university. You should carry it with you at all times, both inside and outside of this university, so that you can present it when asked.
Your student ID also has a built-in IC chip. It is used for entering campus buildings on non-class days, entering and leaving the library, lending out books, verifying your identity during exams, and issuing automatic certificates.

◆Digital Student ID
You can display your Digital Student ID on the university application OMU+.
Your Digital Student ID, like your student ID (IC card type), is an official ID that officially certifies that you are enrolled at OMU. However, it cannot be used to enter or leave buildings or libraries, lend books, confirm your identity during exams, or use the automatic certificate issuing machine.
In addition, if you are asked for your Student ID outside of the University, it is up to the other party to decide whether your Digital Student ID is acceptable.
You may be asked to present your student ID (IC card type) in addition to your Digital Student ID, so please carry your student ID (IC card type) with you at all times, whether inside or outside the University.

*Your face photo will be displayed on your Digital Student ID after April 2 (planned).
