About Us

Vision

The Department’s missions encompass clinical, educational, and research aspects of the medical field.

The overarching clinical missions are (1) to provide the best medical treatment from a modern medical perspective;, (2) to clearly explain patients’ conditions to them;, and (3) to provide a facility to which clinicians from other hospitals and institutes can refer their patients with confidence.

Our educational missions are (1) to foster future top clinicians;, and (2) to cultivate physician–scientists, who can make full use of the state-of-the-art technologies available to modern medicine and who can combine scientific knowledge with clinical practice.

Our research missions are (1) to investigate the dermatological issues of our patients;, and (2) to identify and optimize treatment methods and to cure diseases for which no cures are currently known and for which the pathomechanisms are unclear.

We are currently recruiting physicians whose goals are compatible with these missions.
