「パキスタン料理」と聞いて、何を思い浮かべますか？
日本ではまだ馴染みが少ないですが、実はパキスタンは食文化が豊かで、その背景には古代文明や交易路、周辺文化などの要因が存在します。
本講演ではパキスタンの各地方で親しまれている料理の特徴を紹介するとともに、パキスタンという国の歴史・文化・伝統について「食」を通じて理解を深めます。

事前予約は不要です。全学の学生・教員を対象とした一般向けの講演となっており、また英語で講義を受けられる良い機会ですので、ご興味のある方は是非ご参加ください。多数のご参加をお待ちしております。
