How to Submit Application Documents

  1. The OMU researcher who has been in contact with the proposer should submit their name and email address via the following application form: Application Form (OMU Researchers Only)
  2. A URL for uploading your application documents will be sent to the provided email address. The OMU researcher should use that URL to upload the documents.
Notes
  • Please organize all the files into a single folder and upload that folder. Additionally, kindly name the folder after the applicant's name.
  • If you experience any difficulties, application documents can be submitted via email to OCAMI at: gr-ami-kyoten[at]omu.ac.jp
