教員が描く未来社会像を共有することによって、学生のみならず教職員の視野の拡張を図ることを目的に、2026年度未来座談会を開催いたします。

支援学生以外の方も参加可能ですので、博士前期課程・博士後期課程・博士課程及び学部学生の皆さまの参加も歓迎します。

　16:50～17:10　阿多 信吾（情報学研究科教授）

タイトル：AI-ready な未来社会における人間中心の世界
概要：AI は、とても速いスピードで進化しています。今では、わからないことを調べたり、知識を教えてくれたりするだけでなく、文章を書く、アイデアを出す、プログラムを作る、研究を手伝うなど、人間の活動を広く助ける存在になってきています。つまり AI は、人間の代わりに何かをするだけではなく、人間の力を広げる道具にもなっています。AI を使うことで、私たちの学び方、働き方、考え方、ものづくりの方法は大きく変わっていくと考えられます。この講演では、現在 AI がどのように使われているのかを、特に研究開発の事例を通して紹介します。そのうえで、AI を使うことが当たり前になる「AI-ready な未来社会」について考えます。
これからの社会では、人は AI とどのように関わりながら生活していくのでしょうか。また、そのような社会で活躍するためには、どのような知識やスキル、考え方を身につける必要があるのでしょうか。AI に仕事を奪われるかどうかだけを考えるのではなく、AI を上手に使って自分の可能性を広げることが大切です。本講演では、AI とともに生きる未来の社会で、人間らしく学び、働き、成長していくために必要なことを、みなさんと一緒に考えていきます。

　17:10～17:30　森本 明子（看護学研究科教授）

タイトル：魚の目、鳥の目、虫の目、コウモリの目、そして人の目で見る未来社会
概要：看護学を専門としており、最近は「誰もが尊厳を尊重され、自分らしく生きられる社会」の実現について考えています。未来社会創成に向けては、多角的な視点から考えることが重要です。潮目を読む「魚の目」は、時代や社会の変化、長期的な動向を見極める視点です。高い視点から俯瞰する「鳥の目」は、社会全体の構造を把握し、構造的課題を発見する視点です。「虫の目」は、現場や対象者に寄り添い、具体的なニーズや課題を解像度高く捉える視点です。そして「コウモリの目」は、既存の枠組みにとらわれず、逆転の発想から新たな価値やイノベーションを生み出す視点です。さらに「人の目」は、人間の尊厳や価値を問い続け、ウェルビーイングを創造するための視点です。自身の経験や直感、倫理観、そして「何を実現したいのか」という思いを含めた、人間的なまなざしともいえます。これらの視点を往還しながら、学際研究や共創によって未来社会創成に挑戦する大切さを、皆さんと共有できればと思います。

16:50～17:10   Shingo Ata (Professor,  Graduate School of Informatics)

Title:
A Human-Centered World in an AI-Ready Future Society

Abstract:
AI is evolving at an extremely rapid pace. Today, AI is becoming a tool that supports a wide range of human activities—not only by helping us look up unfamiliar information or acquire knowledge, but also by writing text, generating ideas, creating programs, and assisting with research. In other words, AI is not merely a substitute for human work; it is also a tool that expands human capabilities.

The use of AI is expected to bring major changes to how we learn, work, think, and create. In this lecture, Professor Ata will introduce how AI is currently being used, particularly through examples from research and development. He will then discuss an “AI-ready future society,” where the use of AI becomes part of everyday life.

In the society of the future, how will people live and interact with AI? What knowledge, skills, and ways of thinking will be needed to play an active role in such a society? Rather than focusing only on whether AI will replace human jobs, it is important to consider how we can make effective use of AI to expand our own potential. This lecture will provide an opportunity to think together about what is needed for people to learn, work, and grow in a human-centered way in a future society where we live alongside AI.

17:10～17:30   Akiko Morimoto (Professor, Graduate School of Nursing)

Title:
Future Society Viewed Through the Eyes of a Fish, a Bird, an Insect, a Bat, and a Human

Abstract:
Professor Morimoto specializes in nursing science. In recent years, she has been exploring how to realize a society in which everyone’s dignity is respected and each person can live in their own way.

In creating a future society, it is important to think from multiple perspectives. The “eyes of a fish,” which read the changing tides, represent the perspective of identifying changes in the times and society, as well as long-term trends. The “eyes of a bird,” looking down from a higher vantage point, represent the perspective of understanding the overall structure of society and identifying structural issues. The “eyes of an insect” represent the perspective of staying close to the field and to the people concerned, and of understanding specific needs and issues in high resolution.

The “eyes of a bat” represent the perspective of generating new value and innovation through reverse thinking, without being bound by existing frameworks. In addition, the “eyes of a human” represent the perspective of continuing to question human dignity and values, and of creating well-being. This may also be described as a human-centered gaze that includes one’s own experiences, intuition, ethical views, and aspirations for what one hopes to achieve.

Through moving back and forth among these perspectives, Professor Morimoto hopes to share with participants the importance of taking on the challenge of creating a future society through interdisciplinary research and co-creation.
