Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- What kind of clothes should I bring to Japan?
-
Please prepare clothes suitable for the season you arrive.
Summer in Osaka (July to September) is very hot and humid, and winter (December to February) is cold. Spring and autumn are comfortable, but clothes that can be layered to adjust to the temperature are convenient. If you have too much luggage, you can buy clothes affordably at stores in Japan after arrival.
- Should I bring medicine from my home country?
-
We recommend that you bring your usual medicine.
It is safe to bring about a month's supply of cold medicine, stomach medicine, painkillers, etc. However, since there are some ingredients that are restricted from being brought into Japan, please be sure to check the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in advance.
