To prevent the spread of COVID-19, students coming to the University to have a certificate issued are required to take appropriate preventive measures (wearing a face mask, disinfecting hands and so on).
Currently enrolled students may request the issuance of certificates free of charge; after graduation, you will be required to pay 500 yen per copy. However, students who go on to graduate school or from a master’s to doctoral course at the University within one year from graduation or course completion may have a graduation/enrollment certificate issued free of charge. Please note that issuing these certificates online via the University’s website (“Issuance of Certificates (Graduates)” page) costs 500 yen per copy in all cases.
NB: Certificates cannot be issued from automatic certificate issuance machines after students’ graduation or course completion.NB: With regard to the certificates of commuting and student discount eligibility, students should be aware that these discounts are provided to reduce the financial burden on students during their studies and to contribute to formal education. When applying for these discounts, be fully aware of their purposes and refrain from all forms of improper use, including transferring your certificate to someone else. In case of improper use, large penalties will be imposed on offenders and also the University will be suspended from issuing certificates, greatly affecting all other University students.
* Issuance for all students on all campuses
