Date and Time: Monday, April 6, 2026
Ceremony: 14:00 – 15:25 (Scheduled)
Doors Open: 13:00 – 13:30
Re-entry is not permitted.
Venue: Osaka-Jo Hall (3-1 Osaka-jo, Chuo-ku, Osaka)

Notes:
- Student support organizations will hold brief information sessions after the ceremony.
- A recording of the ceremony will be available at a later date.
- The events will be conducted in Japanese (no interpretation available).
Attendance Registration
All attendees (new students and accompanying guests) must register in advance.

Registration Period:
March 9 (Mon), 11:00 AM – April 5 (Sun), 11:59 PM, 2026
Registration Notes:
- Each student may register up to two guests.
- Students must register for themselves and their guests in a single submission.
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent upon completion. Please have this email ready to show on the day of the ceremony. Please ensure emails from @logoform.jp can be received.
- If either the student or accompanying guest requires special assistance, please complete your registration as early as possible.
Important Instructions for the day
Arrival and Departure:
- Please use public transportation as no parking is available at the venue.
- Please refrain from drop-offs and pick-ups around the venue, as they cause traffic congestion and inconveniences for local residents.
- To ensure smooth entry and exit, please do not wait for family or friends in the surrounding areas or near the station.
Entry Procedures:
- New Students: Please present your admission notification letter at the entrance. If you have lost it, inform the staff at the entrance and present your registration confirmation email. (Reissuance is not required.)
- Guests: No documents are required at the entrance. Please ensure that only pre-registered guests attend. Guests must accompany the new student when entering the venue.
