Dominican Republic Ambassador visits OMU’s Morinomiya Campus
On November 11, 2025, His Excellency Mr. Edward Aníbal Pérez Reyes, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to Japan, and Counselor Mr. Reynosa Ricardo Rodney visited Osaka Metropolitan University’s Morinomiya Campus and met with Professor Masahide Takahashi, the Vice President for International Affairs.
The visit stemmed from an exchange between Counselor Rodney and OMU faculty during Expo 2025. Two staff members who worked at the Dominican Pavilion also accompanied the Ambassador. In the welcoming atmosphere, both sides discussed OMU’s international collaboration initiatives and explored opportunities for future cooperation.
