Activity Flow

activityflow

This picture indicates the activity flow. First, you find an activity that suits you. second, you participate in prior explanation. You check your belongings and important points of activity and so on. You also join volunteer insurance if necessary. Then you actually participate in activity. Student staff may accompany. Finally, you look back on your experience and think about the next activity.

We are always available for consultation, so please feel free to visit us first. Coordinators and student staff will introduce the activities handled at V-station.
In addition to searching for activities, you can also create activities that are in line with what you want to do.

V-mate registration

In order to use V-station for volunteer activities, it is necessary to register as "V-mate".
V-mate means "friends who do volunteer activities".
The name expresses the desire for volunteers to work together to boost their activities.

As a general rule, registration is done face-to-face (while communicating). because···

  • We want you to understand the center's initiatives and ideas before registering, so we take time to explain.
  • We try to understand your personality and guide you to activities that suit you

for those two purposes. This is not a too formal procedure.

However, in unavoidable circumstances such as the spread of virus infection, online registration may be permitted as an exception.

If you would like to register, please contact us from "Contact Us" first, or come to the window.

Opportunity for participation

☆V-mate Day

  • 3rd Wednesday of every month 18:00-19:00 @V-station Nakamozu

It's not uncommon for people who normally work through V-station to have few opportunities to naturally get to know each other. Therefore, V-mate Day is an event to provide opportunities for people who are active through V-station to meet each other.

  • It is a "day to listen to the experiences of V-mates (persons with experience)" (exchange meeting).
  • It is a monthly annual event where students who are interested in volunteer and students who are doing volunteer activities gather.
  • If you haven't been here recently, or if you want to talk to everyone, please feel free to join us.
