大学を通じて以下の外国人留学生宿舎を斡旋しています。

大阪府堺留学生会館オリオン寮 / 大阪府国際交流財団(OFIX)

住所：堺市北区東上野芝2-226
入居期間：原則2年以内（最大6年まで延長可）
賃料月額：36,000円(水道、ガス、インターネット使用料込)
・月の途中において入居又は退去する場合は、居室使用料の一部を免除します。
・入居後最初に納付する居室使用料に、保証金として、さらに 1 か月分の居室使用料を加算して納付していただきます。
・居室使用料は、物価変動等に伴い改定されることがあります。

上野芝学生寮（女子寮）/ 公益財団法人小野奨学会

住所：堺市西区上野芝向ヶ丘町6-2-3
入居期間：最短修業年限
賃料月額：5,500円（光熱水費は含まない）
入居資格：単身の女子留学生
※門限(23時30分)があります

こちらの申請フォームは財団宿舎専用のフォームです。
財団宿舎と大阪公立大学の宿舎の両方を申し込むことは出来ません。
同時申込された場合は、どちらの申請も無効となる場合があります。

入居開始時期	4月から（財団によって異なりますのでお問い合わせください。）

International student dormitories managed by  external foundations

The university can make arrangements for international students to be housed in the foreign international student accommodation listed below.

Sakai International Hall (Orion International House)/Osaka Foundation of International Exchange (OFIX)

Address: 2-226 Higashi-Uenoshiba, Kita-ku, Sakai
Residence period: Up to two years (Maximum six years upon consultation)
Monthly rent: ¥36,000 (including water, gas and Internet usage fees)
・If a resident moves in or leaves in the middle of the month, rent could be billed partially depending on the day of the move
・Students who are granted residency approval must pay a security deposit equal to the sum of the first month’s rent in addition to the first month’s rent (total sum of 2 months’ rent) after moving in.
・Furthermore, the room charge may rise to accommodate any increases in the cost of living. 

Uenoshiba Student Dormitory (women’s dormitory)/Ono-Shogakukai Foundation

Address: 6-2-3 Unenoshiba Mukogaoka-cho, Nishi-ku, Sakai
Residence period: Minimum years of study
Monthly rent: ¥5,500（（Electricity, water and gas charges are not included.）
Eligibility for residence: Single female international students. Please note that there is a curfew (23:30).

Foundation dormitories recruitment 

●Applications for dormitories managed by external foundations

This application form is for a dormitory managed by an external foundation only.
You cannot apply for both a foundation-managed dormitory and an OMU-managed dormitory.
If you apply for both at the same time, both applications may be invalid.

Application period:	From Friday, February 6, 2026 from 10:00 until there is no vacancy
Announcement of results:	When the relevant foundation completes the selection procedure
Start of Move-in Period:	From April 2026 (Dates vary by foundation; please contact us for details.)

＊Applications are basically approved on a first-come first-served basis (though with higher priority given to new
　students).
＊After you submit your Microsoft Forms application form, the staff in charge will contact you at the email address you
　enter in the form. Please be sure to check your in-box regularly.
