イベント情報

本シンポジウムでは、芸術・デザイン分野における生成AIの影響について、特に文化的なバイアスや倫理的な問題の観点から学内外のパネリスト（芸術学者、社会学者、情報工学者、ファッションデザイナー、ビジュアルアーティストを含む）が議論します。AIは文化の境界をどう超えるかー皆さんも一緒に考えてみませんか？同時通訳字幕等も取り入れた分野横断的な国際シンポジウムで、観覧者も議論に参加可能です。英語話者、日本語話者、どなたでもお気軽にご参加ください。

This symposium will explore the impact of generative AI in the fields of art and design, with a particular focus on cultural bias and ethical issues. A diverse panel of experts, including art scholars, sociologists, computer scientists, fashion designers, and visual artists from both within and outside the university, will engage in discussion. How does AI transcend cultural boundaries? We invite you to join us in thinking through this critical question. This is an interdisciplinary, international symposium featuring live interpretation and subtitles, where audience members are also welcome to participate in the discussion. Whether you speak English or Japanese, we warmly welcome your participation.
