交換留学プログラムへの申請

申請資格

大阪公立大学と学生交換の覚書（MOA）を締結している大学に在学している正規生で、所属大学から推薦を受け、ノミネーションがされている学生のみ申請を受け付けます。

申請方法

申請方法等については別途、所属大学へ通知します。通知時期は以下のとおりです。

※学生個人からの申請は受け付けませんので、必ず所属大学の交換留学担当部署を通じて申請してください。

• 春学期（4月）留学開始の場合：２月下旬に所属大学への通知
• 秋学期（9月）留学開始の場合：８月下旬に所属大学への通知

必要書類

※原則 3ヶ月以内に発行された書類のみ有効です。
※氏名を記載の際は、日本語もしくは英字で記載してください。
※最新の様式は大学担当者宛に送付します。

申請から留学期間終了までのスケジュール

申請手続きから来日までのスケジュールは以下の通りです。
実際のスケジュールは変更になる場合があります。

※すべて日本時間での時期となります。

※1　COE の発行は出入国在留管理庁の審査によるものですのでOMUではCOE の発行および発行時期について保証できません。
出入国在留管理庁の COE 発行に係る審査が長引いた場合は、発送が遅れる場合があります。

在留資格認定証明書（以下、COE）の申請手続き

COE は交換留学生が日本へ入国するための査証（ビザ）申請に必要となる証明書です。
申請方法については別途連絡します。
COE の発行は出入国在留管理庁の審査によるものですので、OMUではCOE の発行および発行時期について保証できません。出入国在留管理庁の COE 発行に係る審査が長引いた場合は発送が遅れる場合があります。

1．受入許可証（Letter of Acceptance）の発行

本学での受入許可の準備ができ次第、受入許可証（PDF）を発行、送付します。

2．ビザ申請

受入許可証（Letter of Acceptance）を印刷の上、電⼦在留資格認定証明書（Certificate of Eligibility）とともに在外公館へ査証申請をしてください。申請に必要な書類は国により異なりますので各自でご確認ください。
 
※ 査証（ビザ）を取得した後に航空券を購入してください。
※ 査証（ビザ）申請に時間を要する場合がありますので、余裕を持って申請してください。
※ 在外公館によっては、査証申請に予約が必要な場合がありますのでご自身で確認してください。

Application for the OMU Student Exchange Program

Eligibility

Applications will be accepted only for regular students who are enrolled in a university with a student exchange agreement with OMU and have been nominated by their home university.

How to apply

Details on how to apply will be communicated directly to your home university. The notification period is as follows.

*We do not accept applications from individual students, so you must apply through the department in charge of exchange at your home university.

Required Documents

*In principle, only documents issued within three months are valid.
*Please write your name in Japanese or in Roman letters.
*The latest application forms will be sent directly to the coordinator at your home university.

Schedule from Application to End of Study Period

The following is the schedule from application to arrival in Japan.
Actual schedule is subject to change.

* All times are based on Japan time.

*(1) Since COE issuance is subject to examination by the Immigration Services Agency, OMU cannot guarantee the issuance or timing of COE issuance.
If the examination of COE issuance by the Immigration Services Agency is prolonged, the shipment may be delayed.

Application Procedures for Certificate of Eligibility (hereinafter referred to as COE)

COE is a certificate necessary for exchange students to apply for a visa to enter Japan.
You will be notified separately how to apply.
As COE issuance is subject to examination by the Immigration Services Agency, OMU cannot guarantee the issuance or timing of COE issuance. If the examination of COE issuance by the Immigration Services Agency is prolonged, delivery may be delayed.

1．Issuance of Letter of Acceptance

As soon as your acceptance is ready, OMU will issue and send your home university a Letter of Acceptance (PDF).

2．Visa Application

Please print out the Letter of Acceptance and apply for a visa at your overseas diplomatic office together with your Electronic Certificate of Eligibility. The documents required for the application vary depending on the country, so please make sure to check the requirements yourself.

*Please purchase your ticket after obtaining a visa.
*It may take some time to apply for a visa, so please do so well in advance.
*Depending on the diplomatic mission, an appointment may be required to apply for a visa, so please verify this directly with the mission.
