入居資格 外国人留学生（交換留学生優先）
入居期間 前期：3月30日～翌3月25日(入居から1年間)
後期：9月20日～翌9月15日(入居から1年間)
※賃料(月額） 29,000円
※共益費(月額） 8,800円
※保証金 37,800円
備考 電気、水道代は共益費に含む
申込時に胸部Ｘ線を含む健康診断書提出が必須です。
  2. ※2026年10月（後期）より貸付料等を値上げする方針となっています。
    改定後の金額については2026年3月ごろに決定予定です。
    また、2026年9月30日までに入居した学生も値上げの対象です。

    		 Rooms 80 private rooms for students
    (4 rooms for men and 4 rooms for women make 1 unit, 20 units)
    Location 1-1 Gakuen-cho, Naka-ku, Sakai City
    Eligibility International students
    (priority is given to exchange students)
    The period of occupancy First semester: March 30 - March 25 of the following year (1 year after moving in)
    Second semester: September 20 - September 15 of the following year (1 year after moving in)
    ※Rent fee (monthly) 29,000 yen
    ※Common service charge
    (monthly)    		 8,800 yen
    ※Deposit 37,800 yen
    Note Electricity and water are included in the common service charge.
    Applicants need to submit a medical certificate including a chest x-ray.
    2. ※Effective October 2026(second semester), we plan to increase room rent and other change.
      Revised amounts are scheduled to be determined around March 2026.
      Students who move in by Septembe 30, 2026, will also be subject to the price increase.
