プログラム内容

このプログラムでは学部生は「国際基幹教育機構」、修士学生は「各研究科」に所属し、本学学生と共に通常科目を履修します。

注意事項

• OMUでの所属先は申請書類、学修歴を基に本学で決定します。
• 「医学」「看護学」「獣医学」「リハビリ学」分野での交換留学プログラムは受け付けていません。
• 日本語学科はありません。
• 情報学研究科はオンラインで授業を実施しています。
• 受入期間の変更（延長）は不可です。
• セメスター終了日までに帰国が必要です。（そのまま引き続き日本に滞在することはできません）
• 卒業論文・卒業研究の指導等は行いません。

科目履修/成績

履修可能科目

履修可能科目は各学期が始まる直前に公開されます。

【公開時期】

• 春学期：3月中～下旬
• 秋学期：9月中～下旬

履修科目数の要件

交換留学生は留学ビザの要件を満たすために最低週10時間以上の授業時間が必要です。
大阪公立大学では1回の授業は90分間で1学期間に15回行われますので、週に5～7コマ程度の科目履修を推奨しています。

• 各科目に定員が設けられているため、すべての科目の受講を確約するものではありません。
• 科目によっては抽選となる場合があり、必ずしも希望する科目が履修できるとは限りません。
• 履修できる科目は、来日後の履修変更期間後に正式に決定します。

単位認定

単位の最終的な認定は、大阪公立大学（OMU）から発行される成績証明書に基づき、派遣元大学（在籍大学）の規定に従って行われます。単位認定の詳細については、事前に派遣元大学の担当者に確認してください。

成績

• 履修した科目に対する成績評価を行い、成績証明書を発行します。
• 成績発表は春学期は8月末、秋学期は2月末に行います。成績は学内ポータル【UNIPA】にて確認できます。
• 成績証明書（英文）は、交換留学修了後に所属大学の担当者宛にPDFを送付します。

【送付時期】

• 春学期修了者：4月上旬
• 秋学期修了者：9月下旬～10月初旬

学生寮

費用

• 賃料　37,800円/月
  〔内訳〕家賃29,000円　+　共益費（電気、水道込）8,800円
  ※入居時に変更となる可能性があります。
• 初期費用　42,000～43,000円
  〔内訳〕保証金　37,800円　＋　保険料　約4,000～5,000円　※入居期間により異なります
  ※保証金は原則として、退去時に未払いがなければ最終月分の寮費の支払いに充当します

受入決定通知送付時に学生寮の申込方法を案内します。
※入寮申し込み時には健康診断証明書の提出が必要ですので、事前に準備しておくことを推奨します。

注意事項

• 部屋数が限られているため入居の保証はできません。また、他の学生寮を案内する場合もあります。
• 学生寮以外の学外住宅を利用する場合は事前にお知らせください。
  ※学外住宅を利用する場合のサポートは行っていません。
• 杉本キャンパスや森之宮キャンパスが通学キャンパスとなった場合は学内シャトルバス又は公共交通機関をご利用ください。
  ※I-wingなかもずから森之宮キャンパスまでの所要時間は約1時間です。
  ※地下鉄のみ使用の場合、片道340円程度の交通費が必要です。定期券の場合は1ヶ月12,000円程度必要です。
  ※使用する路線によっては片道500円程度、定期券では16,000～18,000円必要な場合もあります。
  ※交換留学生は「通学定期券」を購入することはできません。定期券を利用する場合は、一般の「通勤定期券」を購入してください。

学生生活

生活費用

大阪での一般的な生活のために必要な生活費用は、寮費を含めて10~15万円／月程度※1です。来日にあたり、余裕のある資金計画を立ててください。

保険

日本で安心して留学生活を送るために、以下の保険の加入が必要です。
加入方法については、来日後に実施するオリエンテーションにて説明します。

国民健康保険（国の保険）

国民健康保険とは、日本で生活中に万が一、病気やけがをした時に、医療費の一部（一部負担金）を支払うことで診療を受けられる保険です。原則として医療総額の30％の自己負担で診療を受けることができます。交換受入留学生は、加入が義務付けられます。
保険料は月額約1,100円です。この保険料は病院に行くことがない場合でも返金されず、毎月支払わなければなりません。

国際交流

大阪公立大学の学生団体OGMが留学生のみなさんが来日後に抱くことが多い、日本の生活習慣やルール、友人作りなどに対する戸惑いや不安を取り除き、新生活に適応するためのサポートを行います。その他、I-wingなかもずにはRS（レジデントサポーター）という学生が学生寮での日常生活でのサポートを行います。

Program Contents

In this program, Undergraduate students will enroll at the “Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Global Education” and master's students will enroll at the “Graduate Schools”, Students will take regular courses together with OMU students.

Notes

• The OMU will determine your affiliation based on your application documents and academic history.
• We do not accept application for exchange program in the fields of Medicine, Nursing,  Veterinary Science, Rehabilitation Science.
• There is no Japanese Language Department.
• Graduate School of Informatics basically offers classes online.
• It is not possible to change (extend) the acceptance period.
• Students must return to their home country by the end of the semester. (Students cannot continue to stay in Japan.)
• We do not provide guidance on graduation theses or research.

Available Courses

Available courses are announced immediately before the start of each semester.

Requirements for Number of Courses Taken

Exchange students are required to take at least 10 hours of classes per week to qualify for a student visa. At OMU, 1 class lasts 90 minutes and is held 15 times in 1 semester, so we recommend that students take about 5~7 classes per week.

Important Notes on Course Registration

• Please note that course registration is not guaranteed as each subject has a limited enrollment capacity.
• Some courses may be subject to a lottery, meaning you may not always be able to enroll in your preferred subjects.

• The final list of courses you can take will be officially confirmed only after the registration amendment period after your arrival in Japan.

Credit Recognition

The final credit recognition will be based on the academic transcript issued by OMU in PDF format and will be determined in accordance with the regulations of your home university. For details regarding credit transfer, please consult with the relevant office at your home university in advance.

Grades

• Your grades will be evaluated and a transcript will be issued.
• Grades will be announced at the end of August for the spring semester and at the end of February for the fall semester. You can check your grades on the student portal [UNIPA].
• The transcript (English) will be sent in PDF to the person in charge at your university after completing the exchange program.

Expenses

• Rent 37,800 yen/month

  *As a general rule, the security deposit will be used to pay the last month's dormitory fees if there are no outstanding payments upon move-out.

Application method

Notes

• The number of rooms is limited, we cannot guarantee occupancy. You may also be referred to other student dormitories.
• If you plan to use off-campus housing other than the student dormitory, please let us know in advance.
  *We do not provide support for the use of off-campus accommodation.
• If you decide to commute to the Sugimoto or Morinomiya campuses, please use the campus shuttle bus or public transportation.
  *It takes about 1 hour from I-wing Nakamozu to the Morinomiya campus.
  *If you only use the subway, you will need to pay about 340 yen for one-way transportation. If you use a commuter pass, you will need to pay about 12,000 yen for 1 month.
  *Depending on the routes you use, you may need to pay about 500 yen for one-way transportation and 16,000~18,000 yen for a commuter pass.
  *Exchange students are not eligible to purchase "Student Commuter Passes." If you wish to use a commuter pass, please purchase a standard (non-student) "Commuter Pass."

Living Expenses

The average cost of living in Osaka, including room and board, is approximately 100,000 ~ 150,000 yen per month * 1.Please make a financial plan that will allow you to live in Japan.

Insurance

To ensure a safe and worry-free study abroad stay in Japan, it is necessary to enroll in the following insurance.
Information on how to enroll will be given at the orientation that is held after you arrive in Japan.

National Health Insurance (Government Insurance)

National Health Insurance is an insurance policy that allows you to receive medical treatment by paying a portion of your medical expenses (co-payment) if you get sick or injured while living in Japan. In principle, you must pay 30% of your total medical expenses to receive medical treatment. International exchange students are required to join this policy.
The premium is approximately 1,100 yen per month. This premium is not refundable even if you do not visit the hospital and the payment must be made every month.

International Exchange

OMU student organization OGM provides support to foreign students in adjusting to their new lives, help to relieve any confusion or anxiety about Japanese customs, rules, and making friends.
In addition, RS (Resident Supporter) students from I-wing Nakamozu provide support for daily life in the student dormitory.
