OSIPとは？

OSIPは、関西大学と大阪公立大学が連携し、文部科学省「大学の国際化によるソーシャルインパクト創出支援事業」にて令和6年度（2024年度）に採択されたプロジェクト「大阪・チェンジメーカーズ：課題主導の社会的インパクト共創教育プロジェクト（Osaka Social Impact Project）」です。大阪を拠点に、多文化共修の教育実践を通じて、次世代の社会を変革するリーダー「CHANGE MAKER」の育成を目指します。

多文化共修×オンライン

異なる文化背景の学生がオンライン併用の協働学修を行い、多様な価値観に触れて相互理解を深め、実践的課題解決力と異文化コミュニケーション力を育成します。

アントレプレナー

産学官や海外と連携した実践的プログラムを通じ、社会課題解決と価値創出に挑む力を養い、主体性・創造力・対話力を備えた高度人材の育成を目指します。

日本語教育の深化

言語習得に加え文化理解も重視した日本語教育で、多様な学習者の専門分野での活用力を高め、日本社会への参画と将来的なキャリア形成につなげます。

OMU留学生　グローカル人材育成プログラム

大阪公立大学では、留学生の日本国内での就職促進の一環として、「OMU留学生グローカル人材育成プログラム」を実施しています。
本プログラムを通じて、大阪・関西の経済・企業を牽引するグローカル人材の育成を目標としています。

About us

OSIP is a joint effort between Kansai University and Osaka Metropolitan University funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) as a part of "Multicultural Campus Project toward Social Impact" 2024-2030. Based in Osaka, the project aims to cultivate "CHANGEMAKERS," who will transform society through the educational practice of collaborative learning.

Key Components of the OMU–OSIP Initiative

Collaborative Learning × Online

Students from diverse cultural backgrounds engage in collaborative learning supported by online platforms. Through exposure to a wide range of perspectives, they deepen mutual understanding while developing practical problem-solving skills and intercultural communication competencies.

Entrepreneurship

Through hands-on programs in collaboration with industry, government, academia, and international partners, students cultivate the ability to address social challenges and create value. The initiative aims to foster highly skilled individuals equipped with initiative, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Advancement of Japanese Language Education

Japanese language education under this initiative emphasizes not only language acquisition but also cultural understanding. It enhances learners’ ability to apply Japanese within their academic and professional fields, supporting their active participation in Japanese society and contributing to their future career development.
